​Animal Cruelty Bureau of Investigation is a non-profit organization which was developed to maintain better procedures in the Animal Cruelty Officer & Cruelty Investigator community in Puerto Rico. Our job is to promote classes and short courses to ACO/CI for continuas educaction on how to do a better job and help in training them. For the general public and those interested in becoming an Animal Cruelty Officer, Auxiliary Cruelty Officer, PR-SART member or just wants to prepare themselves, we will prepare them with special online classes and on-site person to person seminars. All we want is to have wellbeing for the animals and the rights of the owners to be just. All animals deserve a second chance and the owner the right to know the LAW!
