Our mission is a very important one. We have seen the abuse on animals, children and women. The main understanding is that we want to eradicate these abuses by starting with young about animal abuse. This is the start of creating consciousness and prepares a small part of NO more abuses in all these areas with the children that are our future. We MUST have well created the disaster group to help in case of natural as well as human disasters to be prepared in any of these cases plus other that my occur. In Puerto Rico, we are in an area which can receive hurricanes and other types of disasters.  Our goal is to have different professions in ACBI that can help train and work for the benefit of PR. Our organization goes by the laws of State and Federal laws.

 

Our personal are and will be having continues training by us, ASPCA courses and specialized university courses to maintain knowledge of present and future laws, procedures, and technics.

 

Working to give orientation, courses, and practice to the public and private organization on animal welfare and laws in State and Federal laws. Prepare them to understand that if we unite, we can make a bigger difference in the communities we live in on the island of Puerto Rico.

 

We also want to be able to part of the bigger picture in the preparing of animal control officers, cruelty officer and rescuers. This personal, will get additional studies, on hand practice on areas of disaster and procedure need to have balance between animal and human laws. After they finish their studies to be prepared to work with our communities correctly and make the right decisions by law when preparing cases for the court system. This means more animal abusers getting the justice they deserve and making sure that ACO /CI or any the person that works in animal welfare go by the law and processes the judicial system has. NO MORE ANIMAL CRUELTY AND RESPECT FOR THE RIGHTS OF LOVING OWNERS.
