We are proud to be prepared to help our community in different areas of animal welfare and animal law enforcement. We are aware of the situation in Puerto Rico, and for that reason being able to do a good job in helping our community means, preparing ABCI personnel so when giving information, it is the right information and up to date. In ACBI we believe in the LAW and committed in respecting animal and human rights.
